RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Full or partially used items can be returned to receive a full refund. Products must be returned within 30 days from the date received. Empty products cannot be returned.

Simply complete the Return Form attached to your invoice with the information requested. Pack the item(s) to be returned, along with the Return Form, in the original package if possible. Returned packages must be returned prepaid, to the address below:

Within 10 business days after receiving the return, refunds will be issued in the form of credit to the credit card holder. Once your refund is issued you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your return. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of date of received.

Only items purchased on lierac-usa.com may be returned to lierac-usa.com. Items purchased in a Lierac retail store must be returned to their original point of purchase.

SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES

Lierac-usa.com ships via UPS to US addresses only. UPS Express shipping does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday and is not available for orders being shipped to APO/FPO & P.O. boxes. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or a U.S. Territory must be shipped by our Premium shipping option.

For expedited shipping, orders must be received by 12:00pm EST. to go out the same business day.

Please note, due to UPS shipping regulations all sizes of the following products are required to ship by ground within the United States. Additionally, these products cannot ship to Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands. If priority shipping is selected upon checkout, all other products will ship as selected and this product will ship separately via ground at no extra charge.

Hazardous materials

Please note that due to Federal Air Safety regulations, we cannot ship orders containing Hazardous Materials to any of the following destinations: Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories. Thank you for understanding.
